Raspberry coulis is just a fancy french name for a simple raspberry sauce! it's such an easy recipe and you can put it on anything like ice cream, cakes, crepes, brulees, even on the actual dessert plate to make it look sexy! the possibilities are endless with this sauce and you just need three ingredients and you're good to go!
Ingredients
2 cups raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

put all the ingredients in a bowl...and mix/crush everything. i used my hands because i don't have a blender.
