When i got my hands on some matcha powder, i knew i had to make my favorite: green tea ice cream! i didn't have a fancy ice cream machine on hand, so i googled how to make ice cream without an ice cream machine. and thank god for The Perfect Scoop, david lebovitz popped up and showed me how to make it! i also used userealbutter for the actual green tea recipe, just to make sure i didn't put too much matcha powder or too less. i wanted it to be perfect :] and bygoshdarngolly, it was!
